Richard Thayer brings extensive experience in engineering, project finance, development, and operations management. He has held executive roles across multiple startups, leading capital raises, financing, organizational structuring, staffing, commercial strategy, and project execution. Richard has structured and closed a range of complex transactions, including commercial agreements and debt and equity financings. His background spans the full business lifecycle, with experience in startups, greenfield development, public companies, and asset divestitures and winddowns. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a veteran of the United States Army.
