Stephanie Abrego led the Organizational Development for the Jefferson Energy Project and the ensuing Jefferson Enterprise portfolio. Her 20+ year career has spanned the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Panama and Amsterdam where she held numerous leadership and executive positions. During her years at Jefferson, she was instrumental in providing cross-functional administrative support in the areas of HR & Workforce Strategy, Risk Management, I.T., Government Affairs and Customer Service. Stephanie has partnered with governmental entities and public utilities to obtain economic development grants and abatements to support the construction and start-up of multiple locations across the U.S. Prior to Jefferson, she has functioned as the administrative lead on several mergers & acquisitions to ensure a seamless transition. Stephanie earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Lamar University and an International HR Business Partner Certificate from Corporate Executive Board Corporation with coursework completed in Amsterdam (Netherlands), Marstrand (Sweden) and Dallas, Texas.
